Privacy Policy
A short, plain-English summary of what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
Effective date: May 2026
1. Who we are
Adya is a consulting and product studio operated by Aditya Gupta. This Privacy Policy applies to the website at adya.one and any related sub-pages or tools we operate (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. In normal use of the Service, the only personal information we store is your email address, which you provide voluntarily — for example, when you contact us, sign in, or request information about an engagement. We may also receive standard server log data (IP address, browser, referring page) on a short-term basis for security and basic site analytics. Billing, contracts, and any deeper engagement records are handled offline and are not stored through this Service.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to inquiries and communicate with you about a current or potential engagement; (b) operate basic account features such as sign-in and access control; (c) keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and (d) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except with infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, authentication). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
5. Cookies and tracking
The Service uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies required for core functionality (such as keeping you signed in). We do not run cross-site advertising trackers or invasive analytics pipelines. Your browser settings allow you to refuse cookies, though some parts of the Service may not work without them.
6. Data retention
We retain your email and any related account data only as long as needed to provide the Service or to satisfy legitimate business and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your choices and deletion
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing adi@adya.one. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If your account exists only because you signed in with a third-party provider (e.g. Google), you may also revoke access from that provider at any time.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information we store. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit access on a need-to-know basis.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in the U.S. or in other countries where our infrastructure providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
Questions, requests, or concerns about this Privacy Policy can be sent to adi@adya.one.
